Yiannis and his wife Lili have helped us a lot with two major renovations we did. First, they helped us radically renovate our apartment in the center of Kavala, where my family and I live (the first time I trusted them, it was because I felt they had an honest look). When I saw that they did a really good and fast job, I trusted them again for a second major renovation in my medical office.
The reason I trusted them again is that they are punctual with their appointments, they stick to the renovation schedule as well as the financial budget that we agreed upon from the beginning (To be fair, we were also consistent in our financial obligations to them). Yianni’s wife, Lili, who is a Civil Engineer, came up with some smart ideas that I don’t think my wife and I would have thought of on our own. But at the same time, whenever she saw that we didn’t like one of her suggestions, she didn’t insist but let us (me and my wife) have the final say.
Something else that is also convenient is that even after the renovations were done, they are willing to send over trusted workers for various touch-up jobs that come up no and then, which workers (perhaps because they need to stay on good terms with a Technical Office) come promptly and do careful work. Yiannis is a second generation contractor (his father was a contractor) but Lily is a second generation Engineer (her parents were Engineers too). I think that’s one of the reasons why they both have a very experienced eye for what they do, even though they are young in age.
