There are many times in our lives when the need for a home renovation arises. Our options are many and the aim is that all the usually stressful work is done properly, on time and, most importantly, without the need for future repairs due to poor workmanship.
A year ago we had to renovate our house quickly so that we could move in right away. Our time frame was extremely tight and the fact that the renovation needed to be completed in just 20 days felt like “a knife to our throat”. The work included: new floors, new bathroom, new kitchen in a different location, drywall installations, new electrical and plumbing systems, painting and various other smaller jobs that made getting all of this done within 20 days seem impossible!
Our choice was to entrust the entire project to LIMNIOUDIS, the company run by Yannis Limnioudis and Lili Limberopoulou. From the very beginning, we made the time constraint absolutely clear and the renovation started. Everything related to materials and fixtures was handled without delay. And then, everything started the next day. With professionalism, planning, speed and, most importantly, precision and quality in the work. The 20 days passed, the move was done and everything went smoothly and on schedule.
What I want to emphasize is that sometimes people are tempted to take on the risk of a small or big renovation on their own. The connections with some crews, some friends, some acquaintances, create the illusion that everything will go as planned. Unfortunately, that’s rarely the case! Crews do not cooperate, the materials are of questionable quality and often what looks cheap at first ends up being expensive and problematic in the long run. Especially if the renovation requires any kind of involvement of the Urban Planning Authority like permits or legalization paperwork, then others will have to be involved in the renovation with all the complications that brings and if you know, you know!
